The Samurai Game is a transformative organizational simulation unlike any other. In The Samurai Game, each player assumes the role of the medieval Japanese Samurai (except for some, who will become Ninja) serving on one of two armies. As Samurai, each player must abide by the warrior’s code, or “Bushido,” which governs every aspect of their attitude and behavior as they engage in “battles” with Samurai from the opposing army until one army is victorious.

But beware: this unfamiliar setting is rife with unpredictable scenarios and high-stakes dilemmas, which challenge your thinking, your awareness, your communication and your leadership.  The battles you engage in involve no physical contact, but invite your full presence, commitment and focus.

The Samurai Game can be offered as a standalone one or two-day program, or included as part of a longer leadership or team-development program.

You’ll face a series of “battles” against Samurai of the opposing army, until one army is victorious.
